In this section I want to put a little bit about the music I have been listening to recently and infact helped me build this site and while I'm on the job hunt!

I have been really blown away by the new album "Death Magnetic" from Metallica. It's back to the old school with heavy riff after heavy riff belted out, erasing any memory of the shambles that was "St Anger".

Stand out tracks for me are "That Was Just Your Life" and "All Nightmare Long"

I recently purchased the latest Kings Of Leon album, "Only By The Night" on good recommendation (no, not radio one and Zane Lowe).

I can't say I'm on the whole KOL band wagon, but there are a few good tunes on this album. Before they all become a bit dull and samey with nothing really to keep me intrested to the end.

Stand Out Tracks "Crawl" and "Be Somebody"

 

This is one of my all time favourites! Chimaira and Resurrection. Ok so Heavy metal may not be to everyones taste but the speed and power of this album is just devastatingly good! I love the artwork on it aswell and the limited edition cd is very well produced.

I went to see this band in London at the Camden Underground where me and a few friends had drinks with the band prior to their headline show!
